Instead of spending time screwing and unscrewing traditional cymbal wing nuts, Tama Quick-Set Cymbal Mates can be attached and removed with one touch. These are quick-release cymbal wing nuts that are amazing time savers… Simply squeeze the side buttons and the Cymbal Mate can be removed. Importantly, you can also make fine adjustments to the tightness by screwing them like a normal cymbal wing nut. This allows you to still have full control over the pressure on your cymbals when you need.
Quick-release cymbal wing nuts should be standard on all cymbal stands, and are a life saver when you’ve got limited time to set up and pack down on stage. Tama Cymbal Mates fit any standard (8mm thread) cymbal stand, and come in a 4-pack.
